Kevin Lofy associate

Kevin Lofy arrived at Landaas & Company after years in the hospitality industry in Wisconsin, Colorado, Georgia and Florida. Through a variety of positions and types of business, Kevin excelled by focusing on each individual he served. He attributes his work ethic to personal traits, including curiosity and patience.

“I don’t have to work very hard at just being kind and friendly to people,” Kevin explains. “I think people just want to be understood. It’s important that they feel heard and listened to.”

From his first interaction with a client at Landaas & Company, Kevin has demonstrated his eagerness to please. The first time he welcomed someone to the office, he offered them coffee even though he wasn’t sure yet where the coffee was.

“I knew that I should be taking care of them,” Kevin remembers. “I got really excited. I got to represent Landaas & Company. I got to do something where somebody from the outside saw me as a part of the team.”

Kevin grew up in Wauwatosa and was active in the Boy Scouts, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. Kevin credits scouting for giving him practical experience to develop integrity, to take responsibility and to have the humility to realize that he cannot know and do everything, so he must collaborate with others.

Kevin and his wife, Jacqui, live in Milwaukee. His interests include camping, motorcycling, and tabletop games, including Dungeons and Dragons. Recently he has begun to brew mead.
