More than 32 years ago, Landaas & Company became one of the first tenants of the 30-story downtown Milwaukee landmark. Bob Landaas has valued the location’s convenience and amenities both for clients and employees, including covered parking and breath-taking vistas of nearby Lake Michigan.
Updates will include an even more welcoming lobby, new carpeting and wallpaper, expanded offices and a larger kitchen area for staff.
The 411 East Wisconsin Center is certified as energy efficient through the federal Energy Star program and as a LEED Gold facility through the U.S. Green Building Council. It’s also a stop on Milwaukee’s new streetcar system, The Hop.
Dining suggestions: As long as you’re in the neighborhood, grab a bite to eat. Click here to see some of the nearby restaurants within a convenient walk of Landaas & Company.
