2014 Seminar Feedback
Some 240 clients attending the 2014 Investment Outlook Seminars in September completed surveys providing feedback on the seminars themselves as well as the Landaas & Company website and its Money Talk Videos.
Based on comparisons with surveys in previous years, clients are relying more on the website www.Landaas.com as a resource. For instance, in the latest responses, 30% said they were visiting the site at least once a week, up from 22% in the 2012 survey.
At the same time, clients continue to indicate their affinity for personal service and face-to-face contact with investment advisors and staff.
“We always feel better when we leave after talking to our advisor,” one client wrote in the survey. Another expressed appreciation for the simple fact that Landaas & Company has a “live person answering (the) phone.”
We compiled responses to the question “What do you like about Landaas & Company?” for a computer-generated word cloud, depicted above. Words show up more or less prominently, depending on how frequently they occur in the responses.
