Kathy Tomaw began her career in financial services as a part-time bank teller while she was a student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Before she knew it, she was head teller. Then she became a supervisor at a credit union and worked in operations and then as an associate at two different Milwaukee-area brokerage firms.

Kathy says she was impressed by the consideration Landaas & Company showed her when she applied for a position. With more than a decade of experience, she joined Landaas & Company in 2008 because she saw an opportunity to learn more and advance in the profession.

“I’m always willing to go the extra above and beyond,” Kathy says.

Kathy grew up in Milwaukee and Ashland and is studying to become a registered representative. She and her husband, Chris, have three sons. Kathy enjoys traveling, reading and volunteering.
